The dump had huge mud hole making it impossible to get out of vehicle without stepping in water.
I would not return. Campground is very dated but acceptable. You will have to back out of the dump station. Fresh water tap is on the wall of the washroom facility but is not properly labeled. Faucet has to be held on the open position when filling ones tank. Enter 1 Royal Way which will get you are the end of the road going down to the campsite.
Campsite sign is across the street from 1 Royal Way.

Wi-Fi is available, but at a cost. This has the potential to be an awesome campground. However, their idea of an electrical hookup is in some cases a skinny little 15 amp extension cord running through the trees. Also, at the time of our stay the ski hill next door was under construction with heavy equipment and trucks starting at 6: Furthermore, there are no fire pits only the little camp stoves held over from the 70's.
Won't be coming back!! Office staff could learn a lot from charm school. WOW, have the management ever walked and really looked at the sites which they assign?
By far, the worst site that I have ever been assigned, on this 4 month trip thru the lower 48 and Alaska. It took 4 2X6 planks to level the 5th wheel to get the frig to operate. Would I stay here again? Probably would, as Edmonton does not have a lot to offer RV travelers. We stayed here three days. The road in is without a doubt the worst road in Western Canada not the campground's fault.
Friendly check in although it seems the golf check in is more important. Wi-Fi did not work for the first three days. The general impression from the staff was "oh well. Showers are dirty and no hand paper-towel. You would think that booking for a week you might get a round of golf or a two for one. All in all, for the price we camp all over Alberta and Montana this is the most expensive campground with the least appeal. If not for it's proximity to the city, I don't would not stay here for long: No agent available on arrival.
Saw one employee during our entire day stay.

Difficult to get set-up due lack of assistance. Had a large site with lots of space on each side of the site. Gravel sites are somewhat level, but so soft even with thick wooden pads under jacks, they sunk in several inches.
click Most sites in use were for those staying all winter. No Wi-Fi and very few facilities available. Located about 10 to 15 minutes to all amenities and shopping. Run by the Lions Club and their onsite manager is a volunteer. Small park but very nice for an overnight stay on the way to a destination.
Borders on the attractive municipal Turner Park which has paved walking paths and sports fields. Like any prairie town in the summer, be prepared for mosquitos. They have twenty four sites plus a tenting area. Sites vary in services from thirty amp power, water and sewer, twenty amp power, water and sewer, power only and plain tent sites.

Easy access, level pull through site. We have stayed here a few other times in past years, but usually for no more than a week. This year we decided to spend a month in Edmonton. This is a nice campground with limited amenities, but its location close to Edmonton is a plus. Well maintain and generally good Wifi. It was actually down for a couple of days, but since we were staying a month it was too much of an inconvenience. It was down over the weekend so someone just here for the weekend would have probably annoyed.
Nice clean restrooms and showers, but no laundry. Nice walking and biking trails nearby. Good paved interior roads. Very nice park, paved roads and gravel sites although if you have a heavy motorhome make sure you ask, so you don't get a "soft" site!! This park is on an old dump site and they have had problems of sinking gravel, even my 18, pound 5th wheel made tracks in the gravel.
Water pressure good, wifi one of the best we've had in over a parks! One thing I've never seen, at the power hookup they have a 50 amp plug but they have strapped to the pole a 30 amp cord converter, what a great thought!! Definitely would recommend and would stay here again. Park appears to be very old. Major potholes in interior gravel roads. Small sites at 90 degrees to roads. Okay for small rigs, but not as easy for larger ones. Park needs a lot of work to really be presentable for the money.
The park is convenient to West Edmonton Mall and other shopping. The park is quite old and needs updating. The sites are very very close together. The staff was very friendly. This RV park is in desperate need of an up grade. There were huge pot holes in the roadways.

The bathrooms just need help and a lot of it. Great location as it is just on the edge of the city. I hate to have to go to the main office to get wifi service. Not even a signal. This campground is in an industrial area of the city and hard to get to. It is full of mostly seasonal people and the overnight folks are in the back row. The two young ladies that helped us on the front desk were excellent, and the grounds were very well kept, but the sites themselves were not great and most importantly the Wifi did not work at all at the sites. It was also very expensive in relation to what you received.
One benefit is they have an RV bay and technicians on site along with propane sales. This is a massive park, hundreds of units most of which appear permanent, but better quality ones.
